Shipping policy
At PrimeLuxUS, every order is prepared with care and shipped from our fulfillment partners located in the United States. We currently ship to addresses within the United States only.

Order Processing
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays). Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your package every step of the way.
Delivery Times
Estimated delivery times begin once your order has been processed and shipped. Total time from purchase to delivery is typically 5–8 business days for Standard Shipping. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather conditions, or high-demand periods.
Shipping Destinations
We ship exclusively within the United States, including all 50 states and the District of Columbia. At this time, we do not ship to P.O. boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or U.S. territories.
Order Tracking
A tracking number will be emailed to you as soon as your order leaves our fulfillment center. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update after you receive your shipping confirmation.
Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages
If your package appears to be lost, significantly delayed, or arrives damaged, please contact us at team@primeluxus.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and, when appropriate, send a replacement or issue a refund.
Incorrect Address
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. PrimeLuxUS is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice an error, contact us immediately at team@primeluxus.com — we will do our best to correct it before the order ships.
